Rules for accounts, sellers, listings, payments, deliveries and safe use.
1. Acceptance
By using Avenida Center, users accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The operator is Envio Imediato.
2. Marketplace role
The platform provides technology for listings, communication, checkout, reputation and support. Sellers remain responsible for product accuracy, availability, origin, taxes, shipping, warranties and offer fulfillment unless stated otherwise.
3. Accounts and seller verification
Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials and report unauthorized access. Sellers may be required to verify email and documents before selling or withdrawing funds.
4. Listings, checkout and delivery
Listings must be lawful and clear. Orders depend on payment confirmation. Shipping estimates include preparation and carrier time.
5. Cancellations, refunds and fees
Requests must be opened from the order area. Applicable consumer rights, payment provider rules and the fee page will be considered.
6. Content, chat and safety
Questions, reviews and messages must be truthful and respectful. Administrators may access order conversations for support, safety and dispute resolution.
7. Suspension and liability
Accounts or operations may be limited for fraud, legal risk or policy violations. Responsibility is assessed according to each party’s role and applicable law.
